Hey nice post man, I'm a Protoss player and I didn't think they were so noob friendly, either way I was Protoss in broodwar so, guess I'm still the same, Terrans are pretty good too now, once you get used to the addons and stuff, and Zerg is in fact very hard to play, but in my oppinion the best race if played correctly, have you tried burrowing infestors and massing infected marines on the opponent's mineral line? Cracks me up. Anyway nice post.

Thanks for the post ma man. I have actually tried Zerg several times and got smoked hah. I noticed that Brood Lords were awesome units but they are just too damn expensive and take waay too long. It's one thing if the game is dragging on and there's time to build up a decent force, but so far I haven't had any luck with them. I have mainly been playing Terran and doing very well with them. I don't mind playing Protoss either, but I just can't get the hang of Zerg for some reason.

Though I will say that I think Zerg is the most versatile and powerful race, that is if you know how to use them ;)

I read this post forever ago and have been waiting to comment so I could really ponder your thoughts (and play). I was a heavy Zerg user in Brood War so I went straight for my Zerg friends in SC2. I thought there was a steep learning curve, but with a couple games to figure out what all the units and buildings could do I was up and running like Brood War. I truly believe the Zerg have some of the best units in the game. Specifically everyone should take note of the Brood Lords. It is the SC2 equivalent to the Guardian but much better in so many ways! If you are in a game that lasts longer than 20 minutes. You better make Corrupters and Brood Lords because Zerg does lack strong ground units (which I believe is the only disadvantage). Just a Zerglings thoughts. ; ) Play a game and tech up to Brood Lords, then tell me your thoughts on those cute little bugs.
